User Agreement SD-Store (Terms of Service)

SD-Store / sniperduels.store is an independent private online resource and is not an official site, store, or service of the developers or publishers of the Sniper Duels game. SD-Store is not affiliated with, connected to, or representing the interests of the game developers. All mentions of Sniper Duels are for informational purposes only.

General provisions

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs use of the SD-Store website (the "Site") and the procedure for purchasing digital goods. Using the Site, registering an account, topping up a balance, placing an order, or making any payments means full, unconditional, and voluntary acceptance of all terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, as well as the purchase terms, refund policy, and delivery terms. If the user disagrees with any point, they must immediately stop using the Site.

User responsibilities

  • Truthfulness and correctness of entered data, account information, and game credentials;
  • Security of passwords, credentials, and access to the account;
  • All actions performed using the account;
  • Compliance with laws and the terms of this Agreement;
  • Immediate notification to the administration about any suspicious activity on the account.

Digital items

All items provided on the Site are **digital images of in-game skins or items only**, and **do not constitute actual in-game items or access**. Users explicitly acknowledge that purchasing from the Site grants them only these images and no rights, ownership, or functionality within the Sniper Duels game.

Real in-game skins and site balance

The Site provides a mechanism for users to sell real in-game skins to an automated bot. Once the skin is successfully transferred, the corresponding amount of funds is credited to the user's internal website balance. This balance is non-withdrawable and cannot be converted to real-world money. It may only be used to purchase digital items on the SD-Store website. The user acknowledges that all transactions of real skins for site balance are final.

Payments and no refunds

All payments on the Site are final and irreversible. After payment confirmation, the user unconditionally loses the right to:

  • Refunds of funds;
  • Payment cancellation;
  • Transaction disputes;
  • Initiating a chargeback;
  • Filing complaints with a bank, payment systems, or third parties.

Funds on the user's balance are not a deposit, are not refundable under any circumstances, and can only be used to purchase digital items on the Site.

Delivery

Delivery of digital goods is handled exclusively by an automated bot in the game Sniper Duels. The administration does not guarantee successful delivery and is not responsible for non-delivery for any reason, including:

  • Technical failures;
  • Bot errors;
  • Changes or restrictions in the game;
  • Issues with servers or payment systems.

The user fully accepts the risk of unsuccessful delivery.

User balance

The user's balance is an internal technical unit of the Site and is not eligible for withdrawal, refund, exchange, or compensation. It can only be used to purchase digital items within the Site.

Limitation of liability

The Site administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses of the user, including:

  • Loss of funds;
  • Non-delivery of digital goods;
  • Loss of accounts, in-game items, or access;
  • Actions by Sniper Duels developers or game changes.

Blocks and restrictions

The administration may at any time restrict the user's access to the Site, block the account, or cancel the balance without explanation. All funds are considered lost and are not refundable.

Claims and disputes

The user fully waives any claims, lawsuits, complaints, or demands against the administration. Any disputes are not subject to consideration and do not create a right to refunds or compensation.

Agreement changes

The administration reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes means full and unconditional acceptance of the new version.

Final provisions

By continuing to use the Site, the user confirms that they have fully read this Agreement, understand its meaning, and accept all terms without exception. This Agreement is designed to protect the SD-Store administration to the maximum extent and excludes any obligations to refund funds or provide compensation.
