General provisions

SD-Store / sniperduels.store is an independent private online resource and is not an official site, store, or service of the developers or publishers of the Sniper Duels game. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the collection, storage, processing, and use of all personal, technical, and transactional data of Site users (the "User"). Using the Site, registering an account, topping up a balance, or performing any actions means full, unconditional, and final consent to this Policy and the terms of the User Agreement (TOS).

Relationship to the User Agreement (TOS)

This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (TOS). Violation or non-compliance with the Policy is considered a violation of the TOS and may lead to account blocking, balance cancellation, and access denial without the possibility of a refund.
